Meet Siyabonga
Expert Structural Engineer
Siyabonga is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive educational background and extensive experience in civil engineering. Holding a BSc degree in civil engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the esteemed University of KwaZulu Natal, Siyabonga has established himself as a Registered Professional Engineer with ECSA, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and adherence to industry standards.
With over 16 years of experience as a structural engineer, Siyabonga brings a wealth of knowledge to our team at DPOWER. Throughout his career, he has successfully undertaken various projects, specializing in the structural design and construction of overhead lines, substations, as well as cement, lime, and petrochemical plants.
Siyabonga’s expertise and meticulous approach have been honed through his tenure at renowned organizations such as the City Engineer’s Department in Pietermaritzburg, Eskom, Trans Africa Projects, and ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions. These roles have allowed him to develop a deep understanding of complex engineering challenges and have equipped him with the skills to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
His dedication to his craft, coupled with his keen eye for detail, ensures that every project under Siyabonga’s supervision is executed to the highest standards. His vast experience in both design and construction phases allows him to seamlessly navigate the intricacies of each project, ensuring its success from inception to completion.
